Guys...I’m here don’t worry. I know so many people wondered where I was yesterday. Kidding.

Soooo I want to just give you all a little update on what’s poppin over here at Absolute Merch. I mean besides our DMs. Which yes, I do read every single message you send on there. If you ever need anything, I’m your girlie. 

Okay so some quick updates.

Let’s be real, there are delays, and I know you guys are noticing them. Majority of these are due to COVID-19 errors, and we wish there was something we could do to change that. Seriously. If I could wake up and fix the post office and end the pandemic, I WOULD. However, there is some good news. We are switching over to a completely new shipping system. We’re pretty much coming for Jeff Bezos’ neck with this one. Once everything is moved to this new system, your orders will be flying out the door. Especially, because this system can be worked from pretty much anywhere. Social distancing win. SO, if you are patiently waiting for something, you will be satisfied soon. BLEST.

Another thing. Our teams are working so so hard to fill your requests as best as we can. With everyone being scattered, lines of communication take a little longer. Customer service is super understaffed, so emailing may take a few days to get an answer. Consider me your little superwoman. Our DMs are always open. Seriously, it goes down in the DMs. I think I spend the majority of my day on there answering you guys. So...feel free to shoot me a message. I can get to the proper channels much faster than an email will. I promise! Plus if you catch me on a fun day, I may even send you a little meme when your order ships. I try and keep it fun. As long as everyone plays nice.
