Happy Hump Day Ladies and Weens!

So, I’m sure you all are ITCHING to know who is really behind all the tie dye and neon posts on our page. I’m sure it comes as no surprise to anyone by now, that it is...me. I feel like I just give off a neon aura. Are there any psychics here? Is that a good thing? Or is a neon aura threatening? Lemee know.

Anyways, we all know black will literally NEVER go out of style. It’s timeless, classic, and will match any personality. However, the world is feeling a little gloomy lately. So, we need to brighten it up. This week is perfect for that. As you have probably already seen, we posted a picture today with the best of both worlds. A little acid wash tee, with a neon graphic in the middle. For our more subtle customers, this is perfect. Unfortunately, I am not here today to talk about subtle. It’s just not my style, ya know? 

On most rambles, I single out a few artists, give you guys a few links. You know the drill. Today, it’s a little easier. I can guarantee you, the artist you love the most, has at least one tie dye piece. He can sing simp songs, but he still has a bright piece. I’ll put money on it. Neon however, may be harder to find. This week seems to be all about Aminé, but he’s going all out. We love it. He dropped his Limbo merch today, and it’s featuring all neon green. Personally, my favorite. It’s just so attention grabbing, without being too much. It gives a 80s feel, which is so needed in 2020. I mean, I certainly don’t want to be living in this decade, do you? Madeon loves to add neon in everything he does as well. Some can even be bold and say tie dye too? I dunno, do holographic and tie dye coincide? Let me know.

So, why am I going on and on about the love for neon? Well, I’m big on positivity around here. Even if I’m listening to some angsty tunes, I like to add a little sunshine into my life. You should too! A little pop of color is the perfect way to do that. I personally love tie dye merch lately because it makes the look so much more fun. Not only are you repping your favorite artist, but you’re also looking more put together. Throwing color on makes it seem like you tried for some reason, even if you did just roll out of bed. It’s also TRENDY if that is any more convincing to you. Some of us don’t follow the fashion trends, but I know some do, so this is for you. While I cannot tell you who exactly reincarnated the look, everyone is catching on. I mean c’mon, kids were DIY tie dying during quarantine. It’s a sought after look.

If you’ve gotten this far and you’re still thinking it’s not for you, let me introduce you to...acid wash. Tie dye’s more punk rock sister. It’s basically any dark color, that’s bleach stained. Is it bleach stained? Or is it acid? Sorry, thinking out loud. ANYWAYS. Maybe give that one a try. Acid wash is still one of my favorites, but for me, it’s more of a nighttime vibe. It kind of gives the look a little bit of mystery. While still remaining super trendy.
